You are looking at a Cooper & Fisher silver cup. It's marked "John H Johnston 1855" on the front of the cup and bares the cooper & Fisher mark as well as "131 Amity St N.Y.". It's in well used condition and has a slight hole rubbed in the cup. Please take a look at the last photo and you'll see the hole. Also take a careful look at all the photos to gauge the condition for yourself before making me an offer. The piece weighs a total of 120.1 grams and is 3.2" tall and 4.2 wide (including the handle).
